In conjunction with our principals, we offer turn-key projects to our customers, and help them in the design of specialized fields such as Dialysis, Radiology, Dentistry, Piped Medical Gases, Laboratories, etc. Our Engineers regularly carry out installation, service and maintenance of such sophisticated equipment as MRI, CT, PET-CT, Digital X-ray, Operating Microscopes, etc.
Our team of expert, experienced engineers not only assists clients to procure, install and commission equipment, but also trains the end-users in the proper use of the equipment. These engineers receive training at the principal’s training centre on the installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance, and refresh their skills at periodic intervals. Their expertise extends beyond sales and service and indeed, our engineers are often involved in most project works undertaken by institutional customers.
We believe that our responsibility does not end with the supply alone. After sales service is an important aspect of our business, especially with regard to equipment, and it has always received our top attention. To this end, we have a team of qualified and trained engineers, well equipped workshop, stock of spares, and after sales support service. In addition, we carry out regular, periodic maintenance service of the equipment supplied by us through maintenance contracts with the customers. Such regular service ensures trouble free service, less down time, and longevity of the equipment.
