Muscat Pharmacy is a limited liability company incorporated under the Laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and registered at the Commercial Registry under Registration No.1/01091/3. The story of Muscat Pharmacy is a remarkable chronicle of entrepreneurship and dedication of its founders. The founders, who established the company as a Partnership in 1968, set their horizon to offer healthcare services for a better, healthier nation. We have remained true to our original concept and are expanding our horizons to serving the country better through quality products and services, identifying ourselves with national needs and priorities. Thanks to the constant trust bestowed on us by our customers, Principals and the general public, Muscat Pharmacy is today a synonym for quality products and services.
It is the first Pharmacy in the Sultanate of Oman, and probably the largest in the Arabian Gulf, to be certified to the ISO 9001:2000 Standard (Certificate No. 184748). One of the world’s leading Registrars, Bureau Veritas Quality International, conducted the rigorous assessment of Quality Management System of the entire company and awarded the certificate. The company upgraded to ISO 9001:2008 standards in October, 2010 and to ISO 9001:2015 in September, 2017. The Company believes in ensuring the highest standards of products and services to its Customers and is committed to continually improving these services to all its Customers, Principals and Employees alike.

Location: The Head Office of the Company is situated in Al Wadi Al Kabir ( Building No. 51, Block No. 144,
Al Senaeyah Street, Al Wadi Al Kabir, P.O. Box. 438, P.C. 100, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman ) in a custom-built office premises of approximately 1725 square metres.
Management: The day to day management of the company is conducted by the Managing Director in accordance with the policies laid down by, and under the directions and guidance of, the Partners. The MD is assisted by the Dy.Managing Director, departmental Managers and Executives.
The Company is engaged in import, distribution, wholesale and retail of drugs and pharmaceuticals; medical and hospital equipment & furniture; laboratory equipment, glassware and furniture; veterinary medicine and instruments; medical and surgical goods and hospital disposables; perfumes, cosmetics and toiletries; baby foods; consumer products; watches, fashion jewellery and gift articles; general foodstuff, turnkey health projects, hospital management systems, etc.
